“I love Hon. Natasha and I want to marry her” – 2baba confirms relationship with Edo politician, speaks on his separation from Annie Idibia (Video)

Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, better known as 2face or 2baba, has finally confirmed his romance with Edo lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.

In a video he posted on his Instagram page, he revealed that he loves Natasha and wants to marry her. 2baba made it known that she had nothing to do with the breakdown of his marriage to Annie and claimed that he and Annie have an understanding.

The legendary singer went on to sing the praises of his woman, describing her as a young, and brilliant woman. He stated that he had told his truth and had allowed rumors of peddlers to continue alleging his newfound romance.

“I said what I said. Everyone is going to be alright. Honourable Natasha is a young and brilliant woman, and she has nothing to do with what’s happening between me and Annie. Yes, I love her. I want to marry her.

Kemi Filani reported last month that 2baba had announced his separation from wife of over a decade, Annie Idibia, via his Instagram page. He revealed that he and Annie have been separated for a while and are on the verge of divorce, and promised to grant a press release to share his side of the story.

Following his divorce announcement, popular blogger, Cutie Julls had unveiled the singer’s alleged new girlfriend, a politician in Edo State. According to the blogger, the legendary singer is dating Edo State House of Assembly member, Honorable Natasha Osawaru.

In a video that made rounds following the news of his alleged relationship, 2face was captured taking his new girlfriend on a family retreat with his sons from babymama, Sunmbo Adeoye.

Recall that a day before the divorce announcement, 2baba, while performing at the 65th Anniversary and Mega Reunion of Christ Apostolic Grammar School Old Students Association (CAGSOSA), stated that his wife, Annie, was at home while he was still searching.

Elsewhere in the clip, 2face joked that he doesn’t impregnate women anyhow and has stopped doing such. His statement erupted laughter from the audience.
