Award-winning Afrobeat singer Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has expressed a desire to run into his opps.
A few days back, Wizkid had thrown a subtle shade at his colleagues and haters. He stated that the year 2024, is a year of the death of his opponents.
In another tweet, he questioned if his haters were left shocked as he vowed to bury them with his success.
Still, on his opps, Wizkid in a now-deleted tweet, stated that he hopes he runs into his opps in Lagos.
“Otw in Lagos. I pray I run into my opps!”.
His tweet didn’t sit well with many who slammed him for constantly fighting himself.

A few weeks back, Wizkid had thrown shots at Davido over his new song, Awuke. The singer described Davido’s new song as Ebuka while slamming those comparing his song to Davido’s.
Wizkid and Davido have been at each other’s necks since the beginning of their careers.The last big fight was in April when Wizkid posted the infamous video of Davido kneeling and begging his alleged side chick. Davido clapped back, accusing Wizkid of domestically abusing his girlfriend and baby mama, Jada Pollock, while Wizkid taunted him for begging for s#x from one of his multiple side chicks.
In October, the Grammy singer went on an extensive rant over Davido. He threw shots at Davido by cussing him out and stating that Davido’s career was wack. Wizkid also said that people around Davido are all broke, but they keep following him around and flying to different countries.
In another tweet, he stated that Davido wasn’t at his level when it came to music, dressing, and finances. He further said that Davido, being a 001, was only in his house and that he doesn’t make more money than anybody in the music industry.
