Queen Ashley, the fourth wife of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, is celebrating his 10th coronation anniversary.
In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, she showered him with praises and prayed that his reign continue to flourish in wisdom, grace, and divine favour.
She described the past ten years as one filled with grace, wisdom, and divine strength. She noted how, through every challenge, he has triumphed, remained steadfast, and she has watched with deep admiration as he led with integrity and humility.
Queen Ashley promised to renew her unwavering support and eternal devotion to him. She also promised to continue to walk beside him for many decades to come.

In October, Ashley had written a love note to the Ooni on their 3rd wedding anniversary to the Ooni. She stated that from the day he chose her, her heart found its home in him. She called the monarch her greatest blessing, and promised to love him endlessly, to care for him and to stand by him.
Recall that the Ooni of Ife married Princess Ashley as his fourth wife in October 2023. This was a dream come true for Princess Ashley, who had been a long-time concubine of the monarch. The royal wedding was held in Ile Ife, with many dignitaries in attendance.
