What could possibly go wrong? The money will never run out. We can support the entire world. Can’t we?

“Illinois offering free health care to some illegal immigrants,” by Stephen Sorace, Fox News, April 17, 2022 (thanks to the Geller Report):

Illinois is now offering free health care to some adult illegal immigrants after state lawmakers approved the program last year.

The program will provide the free health care to undocumented individuals between the ages of 55 and 64, FOX32 Chicago reported. The program expands upon the state’s effort to provide health benefits for immigrant seniors.

The coverage includes doctor and hospital visits, lab tests, physical and occupational therapy, mental health, substance abuse disorder services, dental and vision services, and prescription drugs, according to the station….

Why SA may have to pay Zimbabwe’s white farmers billions

A groundbreaking decision by the Bloemfontein Supreme Court of Appeal could have huge ramifications for the South African government, after a decision made during Jacob Zuma’s presidency negatively impacted white farmers in Zimbabwe .

Zimbabwe’s white farmer wins key court case

Msholozi was charged with “obstructing justice”. Eight years ago, the former ANC leader blocked a process that would allow displaced farmers to claim compensation after the country implemented controversial land reforms in 2000.

The original decision has now been overturned by the SCA – the consequences of which could be dire for the state’s coffers.

  • At the SADC court in 2014, President Jacob Zuma decided to close the proceedings.
  • This has prevented more than 200 Zimbabwean farmers from seeking justice after being brutally driven from their land.
  • However, the Supreme Court of Appeal ruled that the move was unlawful – overturning an earlier ruling by the North Gauteng High Court.
  • The decision could now cost the South Australian government R2.5 billion in compensation claims.
  • Going forward, the government may file a defense request against the issued subpoena before the case is reopened.
  • Willie Spies, a lawyer for the displaced white farmers, called the ruling “high historical value.”

Some legacy: SA government may have to pay compensation for Jacob Zuma ‘obstruction’

The AfriForum welcomed the verdict and they now encourage the court to “take a stand against collusion” when the case is reopened in Pretoria. The successful outcome of white Zimbabwean farmers now sets a historic legal precedent.

“Many white farmers in Zimbabwe were driven out of their farms into poverty, with unemployment and famine soaring. It is critical that South Africa learns from Zimbabwe’s experience.”

“The courts must clearly reject our government’s complicity under Jacob Zuma in 2014, which resulted in the deprivation of SADC citizens of their right to be tried on human rights before the International Court of Justice.”

“The verdict is an important milestone in an epic fight that continues until justice is done for these farmers. This is likely the first time the Court of Appeal has allowed a summons against the South Australian government – for crimes committed outside our borders Misconduct.”

Decline Werder Bremen mocked HSV and left

Recession in the Bundesliga
“Werder” mocks HSV for not being able to climb, փոքր refuses rudely a little later

SV Werder Bremen’s tweet about HSV defeat after the fall of the Bundesliga was not well received.

SV Werder Bremen reacted maliciously to the promotion of rival Hamburger SV in the first division. The Weser club regretted it a little later.

HSV has to spend a year in the second Bundesliga. The former Bundesliga dinosaur missed out on a 4-2 home defeat (first game 1-0) in the second game against Hertha Berlin from the fourth attempt to reach the top group.

For Werder Bremen, the opponent’s sporting failure is obviously a cause for joy, not just behind closed doors.

Verdi’s tweet becomes an own goal

After the last whistle of the game at the Volksparkstadion in Hamburg, the Green-White social media team wrote in tweets: Waking up with a smile, the Bremen team tweeted a short video showing the joy at Weser Stadium a week after their own promotion.

Evil was usually not well received by either their fans or neutral observers, certainly not by HSV supporters. “Style is not the end in sight,” NDR “Bundesliga show” host Martin Roczitz wrote in tweets. Other users wrote, “My God, Werder, it’s awkward,” “Disrespectful,” or “Shame on us for presenting this way.”

A little later, “Werder” deleted the tweet and said with regret. “Sorry, HSV, our tweet about the outcome of the game was completely inappropriate, unsportsmanlike. We know from our own experience what emotions are associated with falling. “We hope there will be northern derbies again in the Bundesliga soon.”

In the 2019/2020 season, “Werder” only secured a drop against 1. FC Heidenheim, a year later Bremen then dropped to the top of the table. Last Sunday, the team of coach Ole Werner was able to celebrate a direct renaissance, at least in terms of sports, the green and whites are again first class.
