The Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, has approved the immediate removal of the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Cyprian Akaolisa.
This was disclosed in a statement on Monday signed by the Commissioner for Information, Public Orientation, and Strategy, Declan Emelumba.
According to the statement, the former Attorney General has been directed to hand over all government property in his possession.
According to the statement, Akaolisa is to hand it over to the State Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice, without delay.
