In what alien theorists see as the first step towards ‘Disclosure Day’, the White House will release the first tranche of ‘alien files’ today, including accounts from US military pilots who have encountered unidentified flying objects (UFOs) in the line of duty.

In what alien theorists see as the first step towards ‘Disclosure Day’, the White House will on Friday release the first tranche of ‘alien files’.

The New York Post has reported that Republican Representative Tim Burchett has confirmed that the phased release of documents will begin on Friday.

Burchett provided the update after attending a meeting at the White House on the matter. He is a member of the House Oversight Committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets — the body examining UFO- and alien-related evidence held by the government.

The development comes at a time when many
alien theorists and UFO enthusiasts believe that ‘Disclosure Day’ is near — the term refers to the eventual release of evidence that governments have held for decades confirming the presence of aliens. The disclosure movement has gained popularity in recent years as the subjects of UFOs and aliens have increasingly entered the mainstream.

President Donald Trump in February directed US agencies, including the Defense Department,
to identify and release government files on aliens and extraterrestrial life. The order came shortly after former president Barack Obama commented on the issue of aliens’ presence.

Earlier that month, Obama told podcaster Brian Tyler Cohen that “they [aliens] are real, but I haven’t seen them and they’re not being kept in Area 51”.

What will the first tranche of ‘alien files’ contain?

Burchett said the first tranche will include accounts from US military pilots who have encountered unidentified flying objects (UFOs) in the line of duty.

Burchett added that the tranche will also include one video, but did not go into details.

However, the tranche will not include 46 videos of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) that Congress has asked the Department of Defence to make public, according to ....

Separately, FBI Director Kash Patel told broadcaster Sean Hannity on Tuesday that his agency has sent the first tranche of UFO-related files to the interagency committee set up by the White House for their release — the committee is headed by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Patel, however, stressed that he does not personally have any information on whether the US government has ever recovered alien bodies from any spacecraft.

Separately, Popular UFO commentator David Grusch told Chris Farrell that he believes UFO disclosure could reach a tipping point within the next 60-90 days.

“I certainly know what Congress is doing, and I won’t reveal that here, but I do see a lot of pressure to get the substantive empirical holdings that I’ve talked about —not videos or anything like that— out in the ether,” said Grusch, who is currently an adviser to Republican Representative Eric Burlison.

Christian leaders alarmed by UFO files

While alien theorists and UFO enthusiasts are looking forward to the release of the files, some Christian leaders are concerned that the findings could unsettle their congregations.

A group of popular American pastors has
claimed that US intelligence officials have held a series of meetings with them and asked them to prepare churches to support the Christian community in the wake of the revelations, according to the Daily Mail.

“You’re going to have people who are going to say if there are galaxies and there are allegedly other creations in the galaxies, then the whole creation story is a myth, and you’re going to have people that’s going to apostatise and turn from the Christian faith because they have no answer for what they’re about to hear,” said Stone.

Another Christian leader who was part of the group, Alan DiDio of Revival Nation Church, suggested that the push for disclosure could be part of a plot designed to pull people away from Christianity.
