Nollywood actor Baba Ijesha seems to be taking up new roles daily with his recent performance in a church.
The disgraced actor, in a video captured online, stormed Judah Praise 2026, where he was seen putting up an epic performance.
In the viral video, Ijesha was seen in the middle of two men as he tested the microphone.

Last month, Ijesha and his wife, had visited the Ooni of Ife, who honoured them with a royal welcome and fatherly love. The Ooni blessed them with luxurious gifts, a brand-new car and a chieftaincy title.
In what appeared to be damage control tactic, the palace of the Ooni of Ife, debunked the reports of giving Ijesha a title. The Ooni’s spokesperson maintained that while the monarch is known for giving out cars, he couldn’t confirm the claim about the chieftaincy title.
Amid his statement, his wife expressed appreciation to the monarch for his gracious reception and royal blessings. She appreciated him for being a good father-in-law and said his grandson says thank you.
While enroute to visit the Ooni, Ijesha had gushed about his new life as he revealed that this was the first time he had travelling with his family since he was born. Ijesha said he is grateful for his life and vowed not to misuse his second chance.

In 2022, he had bagged 5 years imprisonment for raping the minor.
On Friday, November 15th, 2025, the famous actor was released from prison, after spending over three years in custody.
Speaking out, Baba Ijesha, in an interview with Biola, had addressed his rape allegations, maintaining that he isn’t a pedophile nor a rapist. He said Princess knows she has betrayed everyone she has ever been friends with, and expressed how hurt he was by how Iyabo Ojo turned on him. He noted that he had taken care of her kids when they were younger, yet she doubted him.
Following his release, the actor shocked many on June 15th when he announced that he is now married and had welcomed a child with celebrity designer, Luminee. He said that God had written his story and had given him more than he prayed for – a wife and now a baby boy.
While sharing more maternity photos of herself and Ijesha, she revealed that their newborn son is the first boy in the family, and has been christened King Kagar Omiyinka.
Amid the backlash, Luminee had shared before-and-after photos of herself with Ijesha. She said that privacy is peace to her, and that it was the right time for them to fly together.
