Nigerian media personality and host Uti Nwachukwu has reacted to the disqualification of BBNaija housemate, Faith, following his altercation with female housemate, Sultana.
Kemi Filani reported that Faith had clashed with Sultana during a task in the house. Faith had threatened to go on with the task alone, as he appeared dissatisfied with his female colleague. Sultana had dared, and things escalated between them with both housemates dragging the bucket of ingredients.
During the fracas, Sultan fell to the ground, as a clip captured her returning to her feet before she limped away.
Following this, Faith was disqualified from the show for breaching the code of conduct guiding all housemates.
Reacting to it, via his Twitter now known as X page, Uti stated that it is incredibly narcīssistic to label the one who triggered the situation a victim and label the one who reacted an abuser.
He noted that both of them could have handled the situation better, admonishing the public to learn to respond appropriately. He, however, made it known that he isn’t defending anyone, but just analysing what we all watched.

Faith adds to the list of disqualified housemates in Big Brother Naija. The likes of Beauty Tukura (2022), Erica Nlewedim (2020), Tacha Akide (2019), Khloe and K Brule (2018), and Kemen (2017).
Beauty broke the record as the fastest housemate to be disqualified. She got disqualified from the show at just 15 days in the house, after an altercation during Saturday’s party with her then-boyfriend, Groovy.
