Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has expressed excitement for her colleague, Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla, as she bags a new endorsement deal.
Kemi Filani reported hours ago that Priscilla had bagged her first endorsement deal following her wedding to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux. Priscilla noted how life is full of surprises as she went from signing her wedding certificate to now signing a deal with a tech company.

Taking to her comment section, Funke congratulated her as she declared that this is Priscilla’s season of winning and celebration.
Funke, who is currently out of the country, prayed for more to come for her as she expressed excitement at seeing her.
“More to come!! It’s your season of winning and celebration. Congratulations, dear. See you soon”.
On Priscilla’s wedding day, Funke congratulated her and her husband as she rained prayers on the couple. She also expressed how honoured she was to celebrate the special moment with her, noting how Priscilla’s happiness is a testament to her love and dedication as a mother.
After Priscilla’s wedding, Funke lamented her absence and expressed sadness at missing the event.
Recall that in 2022 at Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award season 8, Iyabo and Funke had struck a close relationship after their messy fallout.
When Iyabo premiered her movie, Labake Olododo, Funke had given it her stamp of approval. Also, at the movie premiere, she had commended Iyabo. She praised the actress for the movie’s aesthetics, visuals and all and congratulated her on her new feat. Funke told Iyabo it was her turn to shine and admonished her to break boundaries.
Akindele, in an interview, recounted how Ojo and Sikiratu Sindodo helped her up the ladder and fought for her during her early career days. She said her being stereotyped because of her physical appearance, made her break down on one of her movie sets and Iyabo and Sikiratu stood up for her.
