JAY-Z has filed a lawsuit against Jane Doe, who sued him for r*pe, and the legal team who represented her in court.

The move comes after Buzbee and Jay-Z withdrew their lawsuit against him. According to Jay, Jane Doe and her attorneys, Tony Buzbee and David Fortney, engaged in an “evil conspiracy” to extort him with “completely fabricated” allegations.

The alleged victim claimed that Jay and Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually assaulted her back in 2000 after a VMAs after party. She says she was just 13 years old at the time of the alleged assault.

“Doe has now voluntarily admitted directly to representatives of Mr. Carter [JAY-Z] that the story brought before the world in court and on global television was just that: a false, malicious story,” the lawsuit reads in part.

Jay-Z has claimed that the lawsuit cost him upwards of $20 million due to the damage to his reputation.

“She has admitted that Mr. Carter did not assault her; and that indeed it was Buzbee himself — whom she met for the first time at a coffee shop in Houston on the day of her maliciously false NBC News interview — who pushed her to go forward with the false narrative of the assault by Mr. Carter in order to leverage a maximum payday.”

Jay-Z’s lawsuit is for defamation, malicious prosecution, abuse of process, and civil conspiracy. The Roc Nation boss is asking a judge for real and punitive damages plus $20 million to cover the money he lost due to the lawsuit.
