Jodeci singer DeVante Swing has been dismissed from a lawsuit filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs alleging that he “aided” the disgraced mogul in r-ping a woman when she was just 16 years old.
In her lawsuit, she says that Swing was in the room at the time of the alleged attack and did not do anything to stop it from happening.
A witness also claimed that the singer was “leaning against the wall or furniture or something, watching whatever Puffy was doing to Liza.”
Liza Gardner, the alleged victim, filed a notice of voluntary dismissal against Swing in the suit without prejudice.
Without prejudice means he can be re-added to the lawsuit at a later date.
Diddy has vehemently denied all of the allegations against him. He is currently behind bars in a Brooklyn jail awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
His federal trial is scheduled to begin on May 5th, 2025.
