Nollywood actress Faithia Williams has made peace with her colleague, Funke Akindele.
Kemi Filani reported Last year, Faithia called out Funke for allegedly blocking her on Instagram over her support for Mercy Aigbe and her movie. The Yoruba actress made Funke know that she wasn’t her God, and she wasn’t bothered by her petty act.
Taking to her Instagram page, she shared a video of the package she got from Funke, inviting her to the premiere of her movie this month.
Hailing her, Faithia noted how Funke never disappoints.

Back in April, actor Ijoba Lande recalled how Funke called him for a movie production at Amen Estate, where he spent one month and was only paid N90,000.
Making a U-turn, the actor tendered an apology to her, claiming that the video was taken out of context. He claimed that Funke paid him more until he left the location after he complained to her.
In 2023, an alleged report made rounds of how Funke pressured media mogul, Mo Abudu to decast Toyin Abraham from Chief Daddy’s movie and replace her with Kate Henshaw, which Mo succumbed to. The blogger further claimed that Funke did the same with Beverly Osu but for the intervention of Joke Silva, Beverly was saved.
In other news, earlier this year, Faithia and Mercy Aigbe had set tongues wagging, after they shunned each other at an event. In a video, Faithia was captured giving a fierce look to Mercy, who saw it and acted like the actress didn’t exist.
In 2020, Iyabo Ojo and Fathia Balogun fell apart after Faithia reportedly leaked how Iyabo Ojo almost lost her life over surgery. As a result, actress Iyabo Ojo called out Faithia Williams on her 51st birthday and tagged her as a witch.
However, in January 2022, Faithia and Iyabo settled their long-time rift through the help of Nollywood actor Mr. Latin and Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, MC Oluomo. The two publicly declared love for each other and shared their photos on their respective Instagram page but expressed disappointment over their inability to follow themselves back on the photo and video-sharing app.
