Impeached Lagos State House of Assembly Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa, has arrived at the assembly complex in a supposed bid to retake his position.

The development follows the reported withdrawal of security aides assigned to the current Speaker, Mojisola Meranda.

Obasa was reportedly accompanied by security officials during his arrival at the assembly.
