Justin Baldoni’s legal team has released explosive evidence that the actor and director did not sexually assault his costar, Blake Lively, on the set of the movie “It Ends With Us.”
Lively sued Baldoni for harassment and retaliation on the movie set, and Baldoni responded by suing her and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for $400 million.
Baldoni’s team released three clips from the slow-motion intimate sequence in its entirety. Lively claimed that during “a slow dance scene for a montage in which no sound was recorded,” Baldoni “leaned forward and slowly dragged his lips from her ear and down her neck as he said, ‘it smells so good’… When Ms. Lively later objected to this behavior, Mr. Baldoni’s response was, ‘I’m not even attracted to you.””

The video Baldoni released seems to suggest a rapport between the actors.
“Both actors are clearly behaving well within the scope of the scene and with mutual respect and professionalism,” a title card states.
In the clip, Lively is seen laughing with Baldoni, making jokes about the size of his nose, who doesn’t take it personally when she suggests that he gets a nose job.
