Kanye West has had beef with Drake for years, and at a Grammys after party, the rapper praised Kendrick Lamar for taking Drizzy on in their epic rap battle last year.
“He took down my nemesis for me, or at least took him down for a little bit,” Ye said on the red carpet. “You know those superhero films, where one of the characters, Wolverine or something, goes away for a few films.”

The rapper was then asked whether Kendrick “killed” Drake.
“Yeah, for now. You can’t ever count out Steph Curry. That man might get 200 points in one song for something,” he replied. “Drake added something to the algorithm, to our frequency, he advanced us. Future advanced us. And now Kendrick has now advanced the frequency.”
Drake dropped a snippet for an upcoming PartyNextDoor collaboration dropping on Valentine’s Day, showing that he’s not giving up without a fight and will soon be back on our algorithms.
