Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has amended her initial complaint against him and is now accusing him of sexual battery and sex trafficking.
She initially sued the rapper for wrongful termination and sexual harassment in June. Pisciotta first began working for Ye in 2021 as an A&R before becoming his personal assistant.
In her amended suit, she says Ye kissed her on the mouth in his hotel room and that he m*sturbated while “forcibly touching” her during a writing session. Pisciotta claimed that he also forced himself into her hotel room, demanding to use her shower. She claims the rapper pinned her down before orally r*ping her.
Pisciotta alleges Ye “subjected her to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight-fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch [him] perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused.”
Ye’s team denies Pisciotta’s allegations and says that she was the one who pursued the artist, who is currently married to former Yeezy employee, Bianca Censori.
