Duane “Keefe D” Davis will head to trial for the 1996 murder of late Tupac Shakur after trying to have the case thrown out of court.
Keefe D claimed that he was offered immunity for information so he should not face prosecution.
Clark County District Court Judge Carli Kierny came to the decision after finding that he had provided no proof of any immunity deals and that “the state of Nevada has never offered” him a deal.
When asked if Big Dre shot Tupac instead of Orlando Anderson, Keefe D gets mad and refuses to answer the question out of fear of returning to jail.

Prosecutors also say the case against him is strong, using Keefe D’s own confessions in interviews and his 2019 memoir to back up their claims. Keefeconfessed multiple times with being connected to Pac’s shooting, denies it, admitting to being in the vehicle with the shooter at the time of the murder.
Keefe D also implicated Sean “Diddy” Combs in the murder, alleging the Bad Boy boss offered $1 million for Pac’s k*lling but then after the deed was done, refused to pay up.
Diddy has always denied being involved in the death.
