Popular Nigerian socialite, Mike Eze-Nwalie Nwogu who is widely known as Pretty Mike of Lagos has made some comparisons between parents in the 80s and today’s parents.

The socialite has taken to his page on Instagram to call out Nigerian celebrities. According to him, just like Nollywood influences ritual killings through their movies, false lifestyles, doing drugs, and showing sexual scenes through their movies have had a negative effect on kids.

Pretty Mike has also said that how a parent raises their child, becomes the reflection of the quality of person the parent is irrespective of their financial status.

Pretty Mike further compared the parents of the 80s to the parents in the 2010s. He stated that parents in the 80s gave their children hobbies like music, arts, boys scout, boys and girls brigade, and many others. He however stated that parents in the 2010s are only known for opening Instagram pages for their children as young as 2 years old.

“Parents of the 80s who gave their children hobbies like music, arts, boys scout, boys/girls brigade, etc vs. Parents of the 2010s who open Instagram pages for their 2-year-olds. Times are already telling.”

‘Why You Should Never Blame People For Disappointing You’

Nigerian author, Reno Omokri has given out some reasons why as an individual you should never blame people for disappointing you.

The former Nigerian presidential aide gave out these reasons in a recent post he made on his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.

... that he made reads;

“Stop blaming people for disappointing you. That is a sign of idolatry, which you should purge from your mind. You are expecting too much from people. People are not God. They did not appoint you. So, if they did not appoint you, how can they disappoint you?”

Reality TV star and actor, Pere Egbi, has announced his resolve to assault a police officer in Lagos one day.

The former Big Brother Naija housemate, who was angered by an undisclosed incident, claimed that some Nigerian cops have no idea why they’re there.

Pere appears to have a better understanding of how an officer should conduct, having served in the military, albeit not in Nigeria.

Pere claimed on his Instagram story that he only needs one of the cops to teach the others a good lesson because they don’t know their job or how to act correctly.

“One day I go [email protected] mopol/police for this Lagos. Dem just dey misbehave. Just one I need to teach a lesson. Some of them don’t know why they are in the force.”

A young Nigerian lady has publicly made a vow to resign from her work as a salesgirl and venture into full-time prostitution.

The unidentified lady showed off the profit she made in just one night of prostitution on the streets and she is enthused and excited by the results.

She informed her supervisor at the shop that she had decided to leave since she had discovered something more lucrative.

A video shows the lady flaunting heaps of naira notes she got paid the first time she took ... of a commercial s3x worker as she claimed she made 50,000 naira in one night alone.

The video prompted a barrage of responses from Nigerians, who scolded the lady for her choice of career.
