Kevin Federline has released more dirt on his ex-wife, Britney Spears, and this time, the former backup dancer alleges that the pop singer drank alcohol when she was pregnant with her two sons.
He even accuses Spears of using cocaine while she was breastfeeding.
“That mix was… dangerous. F–ked up, honestly,” he wrote per PEOPLE. “You’re not supposed to drink when you’re on meds like that. A couple of glasses of wine for her would hit like a whole bottle because of the medication.”
Federline then explains that he was understanding of his then-wife’s decision to drink because she was under a lot of pressure. He says things took a turn in October 2006 when Spears showed up at his album release party. According to Federline, Spears had told him she would stay home with their sons, one of whom was just six weeks old at the time.
He says that when she showed up at the party with an actress friend, she was using cocaine.
“I had seen it before, her drinking and breastfeeding, and it was really upsetting because of the danger to the kids,” he wrote, adding, “She could have pumped milk for Jayden so her mom had that ready.”
He said she responded by angrily throwing a drink in his face. After this incident, he said he decided to walk away for good.
Spears has slammed Federline’s new book and has accused him of “gaslighting” and of once again using her for a payday.
