Khloe Kardashian is sharing the dramatic moment that made her walk away from journaling forever.
On a recent episode of her Khloe in Wonder Land podcast, the reality star revealed she hasn’t kept a journal in years because of a shocking incident during her marriage to Lamar Odom.
“I used to love to journal. I had a few journals that I journaled literally my life away, and I loved it,” Khloe said. “Everything was in these journals.”
But things went left when Lamar was “going through it” and became incredibly paranoid.

“He found these journals that he knew I did all the time and was reading them and was just convinced that I was taking notes and sending them to the government or something crazy,” she explained.
Khloe said Lamar then destroyed all of her diaries right in front of her. “He threw all of them into a fire in front of me and I remember sobbing, tears streaming down my face,” she recalled. “I could remember me on my knees screaming. It was years of my life in these journals. They meant so much to me.”
That moment crushed her love for writing. “That was the last time I journaled, because I just felt like, ‘Wow, that was taken away in a f–king blink.’ What was the point?”
Khloe’s revelation comes after Lamar recently posted cryptic throwback photos of the two on social media, adding captions like “grace carried me when strength couldn’t” and “pain doesn’t scare me anymore.”
