Nollywood actor Kolawole Ajeyemi, on behalf of his wife, Toyin Abraham, has written an appreciation note to the public.
Kemi Filani reported on Monday that Toyin has joined her colleague, Funke Akindele, at the billionaire club, as her 2025 movie, Oversabi Aunty, grosses N1 billion at the Box Office.
Taking to his Instagram page, Kolawole thanked God and the public for their support of his wife.

This isn’t the first time the proud husband has celebrated his wife.
Last year, when Toyin was honoured with the Golden Legends Honour Medal at All-Star Charity, he congratulated his wife on her achievement.
Despite all odds, Toyin and Kolawole seem to wax stronger.
A few days back, Abraham had celebrated him on his birthday, describing him as her small God, father, and the crown of her head. Toyin appreciated him for all he does for her and the kids and for allowing her be herself.
In September, while celebrating Toyin’s birthday, Kolawole had described her as his soulmate, as he rained prayers on her.
While celebrating her birthday, in 2024, he called her his love, joy, best choice, and better half. He made her know that he adores her with all his heart, and hoped Toyin knew how much she meant to him.
On Father’s Day, Toyin reaffirmed her love for her husband, declaring him her father and small god as she affirmed her love for him.
Last year, a Tiktok user had queried Toyin over her marital status. Responding to him, Toyin urged the fan to come to her house to feed his curiosity.
Just like every celebrity marriages, Toyin’s marriage to Kolawole as had it’s own scandal. Back in 2023, her colleague, Wumi Toriola had reacted to reports that she had an affair with Kolawole. Wumi shut down the report as she questioned why people are fixated on tarnishing people’s image and causing continuous rancour.
In 2022, it was speculated that the box office Queen and Kolawole were having an in-house crisis, arising from Toyin’s attitude towards certain issues that revolve around their family. Toyin’s husband had complained about her attitude, her refusal to follow him to church, and her skipping to sleep at home. The couple, however, debunked the reports and had proven that their union is still waxing stronger.
Back in 2023, Toyin opened up on her miscarriage, confirming that she was pregnant, unfortunately, the baby didn’t survive. Toyin revealed that she cried following the loss as she wanted to have one or two kids and be done. She also spoke about how she was body shamed after getting bloated from the loss.
