Barely four days after two people died in a collapsed two-storey building in the Oyingbo area of Lagos State, another three-storey building in the Ajegunle, Apapa area of the state has claimed one life.
This is just as eight other people were injured after the building located at 28, Baale Alayabiagba Street, collapsed on Thursday.
It was learnt from a statement on Thursday by the Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, that the building, which was undergoing manual demolition, collapsed and trapped some workers.
