Job Brief
- Our client is urgently looking for a focused, self-driven, and very smart young person to join their team to assist in sourcing individuals who can join their organization to help reach out to their clients.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Pick the helpers/partners that will partner with us.
- Bring the names to the office and list them in the designated areas.
- Meet with his direct supervisor and/or functional manager to submit and discuss the situation report.
- Transfer helpers’ names to the RM/Direct Supervisor.
- Weekly review of the progress report with his direct Supervisor, team members, and/or any other designated officer.
- Actively participate and contribute in Helpers and Team members meetings.
Skills and Requirements
- Ability to read, weigh, and understand environment and people.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Great sense of mission.

Qualifications
- OND / NCE
