We are seeking for a highly organized and proactive male Executive Personal Assistant on behalf of an Executive client.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, ensuring prompt and accurate relay of messages.

Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files and records with effective filing systems.

Support with personal tasks and errands to improve the executive’s availability for high-level responsibilities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Integrity and confidentiality.

Driving Skills with a valid driver’s license

Must reside within the Egbeda/Iyana Ipaja Axis
