Background
Banyan Global is the prime recipient of the USAID-funded Nigeria Health Workforce Management (HWM) Activity Task Order No. 72062020F00009. Bayan Global through her affiliate BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte is currently implementing the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Health Workforce Management (HWM) Activity, a five-year task order to support the establishment of a cost-effective, well trained, and motivated health workforce, particularly in targeted rural and remote areas of Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kebbi, and Sokoto States and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
In compliance with procurement best practices, BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte is calling for Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested, competent and qualified, duly established companies in Abuja-FCT, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kebbi and Sokoto to participate in the prequalification exercise.
BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte will be engaging eligible vendors within the categories of services listed below, to be on the Organizations vendor database and have contract within a period of a year with them. These vendors will provide goods and services to support the HWM Activity on and as when required during the stated period.

Method of Application
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS
A company cannot express interest in more than two (2) categories. A PDF copy in one document of the EOIs documents should be sent to [email protected] using the reference number, category and state of operation as the subject of the mail. Example: “HMW/01/2023 Category A- supply of stationary, Abuja”. All category with full documentation and requirement that will make it eligible.

- BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigeria Tax
Laws.

- Only successful pre-qualified suppliers would be invited to participate in BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte routine Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP).
SECTION E: DEADLINE FOR RECIEPT OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
