Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated Field Onboarding Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients in the field.
- This includes conducting orientation sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients in the field.
- Provide support to ensure clients understand our products/services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.
- Track and report on client progress and feedback.
