Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate records, analyze financial data, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and optimize spending.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies, and prepare for audits as necessary.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
- Skills: Strong financial analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability: Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
