Description

- Telemarketing all Firmus e-business channels and Cards to both existing and new customers by calling them and informing them about the various benefits of using the cards and all our e-business channels.
- Ensuring Account Officers are marketing all Firmus Cards to ensure the monthly card target is achieved.
- Define digital initiatives, implement digital solution and deliver expected business outcome.
- Focus on understanding and translating business needs to solution-level architecture and process improvement
- Spearheading frequent campaigns to increase the use of all Firmus e-channels to ensure constant increase in the active users of ALL e-business channels.
- Ensuring the collection of the receipt from each customer in coordination with the concerned parties to activate the cards according to amount paid.
- Executing procedure related to modifying Firmus cards, renewal, canceling, issuing new cards in case of stolen or damaged, preparing related journals
- Executing all the procedures related to Firmus e-business Channels and cards issued for external parties and coordinating with them regarding the monthly payments.
- Calculating the fees and commissions related to all Firmus cards including renewal, cancelling, issuing new cards in the case of stolen or damaged especially for the credit card.
- Conducting Firmus cards inventory and holding documents according to procedures.
- Work closely with internal departments (such as IT & TQM, Customer Service & R&D) to understand operation processes, identify process deficiency and collaborate with them in all digitalization initiatives

Description
- Undertake legal research and provide advisory to relevant units in Firmus
- Provide legal support to The Firmus Group and its Units via analysis of legal risks and possible impact on potential transactions
- Provide legal and contractual support to Firmus Asset Creation Unit – ACU
- Attend all Firmus Group court sessions and liaise with external counsel with respect to litigation, arbitration, tax appeals and any other dispute resolution proceedings
- Provide broad based litigation management support in conjunction with Firmus Group CEO
- Maintain litigation/property, other records and prepare periodic work reports and update.
- Serve as company representative and provide legal support during negotiations of any kind, including MOU negotiations with host communities
- Provide Firmus with legal guidance in transactions with third parties
- Prepare and draft agreements /contracts, leases and follow through their implementation in conjunction with Firmus Group CEO
- Handle routine legal dossiers autonomously, complex legal dossiers with supervision, and participate in negotiations with The Firmus Group’s partners, contractors, and relevant government agencies.
Requirements
