Job Description:

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced Company Driver to join our team.
• The Company Driver will be responsible for safely transporting company executives, employees, and goods to designated locations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport company executives, employees, and goods to various locations as assigned.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure a safe driving experience for passengers and goods.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times, performing routine checks and inspections.
• Ensure the security of goods and passengers during transit, taking necessary precautions to prevent theft or damage.
• Follow specific instructions regarding routes, schedules, and destinations provided by the company.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or requests in a professional manner.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities for the company vehicle.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to the appropriate authorities and company management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a company driver or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to safety.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects if required.

We are looking for an astute procurement officer to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and high quality. The procurement officer’s responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

• Handling all activities relating to procurement of items.
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies procedures.
• Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased.
• Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintain and update supplier information such as price, location, delivery times, products range e.t.c
