Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures the achievement of the KPIs set in terms of MTTR & TAT in resolving customer’s complaints.
• Handle all escalations from customers for prompt resolutions
• Provide customer support to internal and external clients that require physical intervention.
• Involved in the integration of new circuits on the network
• Provide technical reports and details to support fault analysis and management reporting; network faults analysis, root cause analysis and network performance.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of new links implementation
• Ensure timely and accurate feedback of RFOs/ETRs/RCAs to clients within the agreed timeline.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 1 (one) year experience.
• Knowledge of IP / MPLS, microwave and fiber optics technology
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the project life cycle from initiation to closure
• Manage the expectations of internal and external customers
• Ensure that the project is delivered within scope, cost and time
• Attend project meetings with customers to update on the progress of the projects
• Ensure the successful completion of the User Acceptance Test with the customer
• Prepare the job completion form and ensure that it is signed off by the client once the project is completed
• Provide the Finance team the project completion documents to commence billing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Professional certification in Project Management is desired
• Minimum of 5 (five) years cognate experience.
• Knowledge of IP/MPLS, microwave and fiber optics technology
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for all the system & service alarm monitoring, alarm management, network management systems, customer support for all network elements including network improvement.
• Resolution of escalation faults as per the defined escalation matrix. Providing change request, maintenance and new link delivery support to the network and customer issues.
• Provide backend support to internal (Field engineers) as well as to external clients during the setup of new circuits and during fault resolution.
• Provide technical reports and details to support fault analysis and management reporting; network faults analysis, root cause analysis and network performance.
