Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting of faulty machines, repairing of faulty machines, and performing regular maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Work with the recruitment team and take instructions from them regarding open vacancies.
• Actively listen to role requirements and make notes about those requirements to find suitable candidates for the role.
• Assist with the development and writing of job descriptions.
• Learn and navigate job advertising websites and actively post open vacancies on them.
• Work with the recruiters and managers to screen resumes and learn how to identify good candidates.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Complete administrative tasks as required such as, obtaining references from previous employers, obtaining background checks and paperwork such as work status from applicants.
• Learn to use and navigate the CRM/ATS systems and enter candidate data into those systems and ensure it is kept up to date and current.
• Sit in on interviews and make notes on interview techniques and tips to conduct effective interviews.
• Complete initial phone screening of candidates.
• Organize interviews with candidates.
• Send out any required documentation or requests to candidates as instructed by the team.
• Attend sales and customer service training as required and shadow consultants on client meetings.
• Implement and maintain an effective filing system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or other related field, or equivalent work experience and education
• Excellent organization skills
• 6 months to 1 Year experience as a recruiter

Job Responsibilities

• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, internal audit policies and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations (local and International).
• Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.
• Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process

Job Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Accounting / Finance (essential).
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as an Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor in a manufacturing sector and a background in consultancy is most preferred.
• 4 years proven knowledge of fraud auditing, auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• Job Location: Ebonyi State.
• Accreditation with the Institute of Internal Auditors.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Exceptional accounting skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.
