Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery according to specific instructions and procedures.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or abnormalities.
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and meet production quotas.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements and Skills
- ND in Engineering or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
