Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting for an experienced continental Chef to work as a private chef.
- The continental chef is to work as a Private Chef responsible for all food production including that used for buffet & private functions. Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes. Develop and monitor food budget for the kitchen. Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE certificate
- Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred.
- 8 – 20 years’ experience as a Chef
- Experience working with High end restaurants as a continental chef.
- Experience preparing continental meals.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and process management skills.
