Receptionist

- Salary Range ₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and guests with a positive manner and helpful attitude.
- contacting employees regarding visitors.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Manage, clean and organize the front desk.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor’s logs/data as necessary.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including taking notes, and making travel plans for the CEO.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Two years of relevant work experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Familiarity with basic office software
- Consistent, professional dress, and good manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
