Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or any related field.
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
- Track record of achieving sales quota.
- Basic Numeric skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Competency in microsoft office applications,
- Competence in softwares like Quickbooks etc .
- Able to work comfortably and perform excellently in a fast paced environment.
