Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational activities, including but not limited to, production, logistics, supply chain management, and quality control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MSc or advanced degree preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive operational experience.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting financial reports, accounting principles, and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
