Job Description
- We are looking for highly skilled people with knowledge and experience to drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
- Develop a wide variety of training methods.
- Plan and manage training budget.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree in any Social Science with 10 years relevant working experience with the last 5 years in a similar position as advertised.
- Candidate should be proficient in the use of Micro Office Word.
