Job Description
- We are conducting walk-in interviews for experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team at Gusto Restaurant. As an integral part of our dining experience, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and assistance to guests
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
