Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show did more than light up the stage. It also exposed a public rift between brothers Logan Paul and Jake Paul.
After the performance aired Sunday night, Jake urged his followers to turn off the show, calling it “a fake American” production and criticizing Bad Bunny’s politics.
“Let’s rally together and show big corporations they can’t just do whatever they want,” Jake wrote on X, encouraging viewers to protest by cutting the broadcast.
Logan quickly responded by quoting his brother’s post and distancing himself from the message.

“I love my brother but I don’t agree with this,” he wrote. “Puerto Ricans are Americans and I’m happy they were given the opportunity to showcase the talent that comes from the island.”
The statement surprised some fans, given Logan’s earlier reaction on the red carpet before kickoff. When asked if he was excited for Bad Bunny’s halftime performance, Logan replied, “No,” before walking away.
The tension carried extra weight because both brothers relocated to Puerto Rico in 2021 to benefit from local tax incentives. Logan previously called Bad Bunny “hypocritical” for criticizing the same program.
Jake’s comments also followed other political backlash, including his criticism of Billie Eilish’s recent Grammy speech. Logan had not publicly weighed in on that moment.
