Lola Omotayo Okoye has proven that all is well between her and her husband, Peter Okoye.
The mother of two shared a photo on her social media, set to her husband’s song, “I Can’t Look Away.”
In her caption, Lola sent a message to women, reminding them that they are strong, capable, and worthy of every dream in their hearts. She reminded women that they are a complete package and shouldn’t allow fear, failure, or others’ opinions to define them.
Lola told women to believe in themselves and their voice, embrace their journey, and keep moving forward.

Amid the video, Lola shared a message about strong women, saying a strong woman carries more than beauty; she carries wisdom in her soul, purpose in her steps, and values that can never be measured. Lola said a strong woman is intentional, humble, and thankful.
Since last year, there has been reports that all isn’t well between Peter and his wife, Lola.
Late last year, Lola had sparked reactions with her birthday message to Peter. She shared a photo of the singer, describing him as just the father of their beautiful children and offering prayers for him. See message here. This raised eyebrows among netizens as they noted how she didn’t acknowledge him as her husband or partner.
For his 43rd birthday in 2024, Lola had shared a beautiful video, pouring encomium on him. She acknowledged his strength and ability to persevere despite the obstacles, as well as his unwavering courage in facing every challenge. She encouraged him to keep working hard in humility.
During his tell-all series about his fallout with his brothers, Peter in his final tell-all series, accused his late mother and siblings of maltreating his wife when she was pregnant. He recalled how his late mother had pressured Lola to leave him alone, and how his brothers insisted that Lola abort the baby and even forged an email to frame her.
Following his statement, many had tendered apology to Lola for blaming her for Psquare fallout.
