ARMAGEDDON is coming to the Marvel Universe, as the publisher announces its next big landscape-shifting crossover event, coming in 2026. Little is known about the freshly-announced event for now, though Marvel did tease that it will continue the fallout from the end of the Ultimate line of comics, as well as Captain America’s latest reboot.
As announced by Marvel Comics, Armageddon will be written by Chip Zdarsky, with the rest of the creative team to be announced.
According to Marvel, the event will “change the face of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in a way not seen since Avengers: Disassembled,” suggesting a generational shake-up is in store for the team, and Marvel as a whole.
