And the Gunners boss has gone one step further to capture the hearts of supporters by generously gifting bakery treats to the media.

Arsenal, who sit eight points clear at the top of the Premier League table, return to action against Leeds on Saturday.
Arteta turned 41 during the international break, while he also scooped the Premier League’s Manager of the Month award for the fourth time this season after a stunning March.
And he was clearly in a good mood when he spoke to journalists ahead of the weekend.
PA reporter Mark Mann-Bryans took to Twitter to show the cupcakes that the Gunners boss had ordered for them.
Arsenal’s rich red colouring made up the icing in the cake, with the club badge and footballs adding that extra touch.
Gunners fans loved the gesture, with one fan on social media tweeting: “My manager is so thoughtful also I need these cupcakes.”

Another added: “Love this Arteta guy man.”
A third said: “That’s why we call him Super Mik Arteta.”
Meanwhile this user commented: “The Arsenal way.”
And this fan simply stated: “Class personified.”
Arteta struggled in the opening seasons of his tenure as boss, but has shined this term as they close in on the title.
His former club Manchester City will chase them until the final day, but the current signs look good in Arsenal ending their 19-year wait for the league championship.
During the international break, Arsenal skipper Martin Odegaard was on the receiving end of a hefty challenge from City man Rodri in Norway’s defeat to Spain.
Gunners fans were far from impressed with the midfielder, but when asked about it at his press conference, Arteta did not wish to go into too much detail about it.
He said: “These things happen in football when they play against each other. But the rest of them are all good.”
