Popular Tiktok star Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja ‘Peller’ has finally received the keys to his new mansion in Abuja.
Kemi Filani reported that on Peller’s wedding, Ochacho had gifted him a N400million house in Abuja.
On Friday, the billionaire businessman presented Peller with the keys and documents to his mansion in the presence of music executive Soso Soberekon.
Ochacho made it clear that the house is free and he wouldn’t be called to do an advert or anything. He said Peller is the first person he is giving a house.
The billionaire also rained prayers on him, declaring that God will embarrass him with wealth. Ochacho said Peller hasn’t seen anything yet, as people will bless him with estates and his sons will give him a key to a house in London.

While celebrating one of the billionaire’s sons’ birthdays a day ago, the newly married man had gifted him a brand-new Toyota Camry. Peller also promised to help him become a star in the music industry.
Elsewhere on the stream, Ochacho had promised to give Peller a blank cheque. He said he would be the number one guest at Peller’s child’s naming ceremony, and if his wife gives birth to a boy, he should be named after his son, Ice King, and a girl named after his daughter, Princess.
The Abuja billionaire handed his son to Peller to be his godson and announced that the streamer is now part of his family.
Before his wedding, the Tiktoker had received lots of gifts from many.
Peller had shown off the big cow he received from Rahman Jago, which was reportedly worth over a million.
The famous streamer had even called out a man for not fulfilling his promise of giving him 10 cows for his wedding. He expressed concern that the man could have collected his glory, noting how he prostrated and rolled on the floor, appreciating him.
In other news, in a livestream, Jarvis had tackled Peller over his abilities after he claimed he is good at a lot of things.
This came after Peller had questioned whether she was happy marrying him. He noted how people shame him over his age, saying he is just 21 and can’t write or do anything.
Ahead of his white wedding, Peller disclosed that he would be holding his white wedding on August 8 and made it clear that he wants nothing more than 80-100 people there.
During a livestream, Peller said he plans to spend his honeymoon in 8 different countries.
At his court wedding, Peller had tackled the marriage registrar after she informed them that violating their marriage vows by committing bigamy is a criminal offence punishable by a minimum of five years’ imprisonment without the option of a fine.
While on the Honest Bunch Podcast, Peller disclosed that he was supposed to be in Sam Larry’s car when the accident happened. According to him, they’d planned to see someone in a hotel that day, but he was in prison.
