Nollywood actress Annie Macaulay seems to be taking a dig at her ex-husband, 2baba, with the timing of her post.
Kemi Filani reported on Saturday that 2baba and Natasha had clashed at an Abuja club after she stormed there demanding to see the singer. An eyewitness claimed that Natasha stormed the club with her entourage after learning that her husband was there, but the singer calmed the situation.
Amid the fight, the movie star, via one of her social media pages, shared new photos of herself showing off her glow. Annie didn’t leave any caption, love emojis.
As expected, many took to her comment section singing her praises.

Last week, Annie topped headlines when she unveiled a new tattoo to replace her Idibia tattoo. The movie star who had a tattoo of her husband’s surname below her shoulders had covered it with a butterfly.
An unverified video circulated in which she allegedly spoke about their reunion, saying she was misled but that she eventually found her way back to him.
Reacting to it, Annie lamented how old videos and false news about her were circulating online.
On her Snapchat page, she made it clear she is single and not going back to him. Annie noted how she doesn’t live in 2baba’s house and is focused on her daughters and career.
2baba, had also dismissed reports, writing, “Abeg na old video o”.
In a shady post, Annie, shared a cryptic message about karma. Annie shared a video of her shopping, stating that God doesn’t play about her.
Refreshing your memory, in January last year, 2baba, announced his separation from Annie. He has since moved on from her with Edo-state lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
At the Headies Awards, last year, Annie had declared her daughters her backbone.
Also, at the award ceremony, Annie made headlines when she took a swipe at her ex-husband with her introduction. She made it known that she was no longer Annie Idibia but Annie Macaulay and announced to the world that she is single.
While celebrating the New Year, Annie reflected on her painful blessings in 2025, noting how 2025 had thrown her a lot, yet she remained standing.
In another post, the former Mrs Idibia, stated that she realised she has a beautiful life, a few hiccups here and there, but overall, she is blessed.
Following her divorce from 2baba, Annie marked a new beginning, by deleting all her photos and posts from her Instagram page. She penned an appreciation post, thanking her support system for standing by her through her tough time.
In a cryptic post, the popular actress had unburdened her heart, expressing hope that her daughter doesn’t accept things she accepted and that she knows her worth from the start and knows that no matter what, she always has her in her corner.
She had shared a post about moving on, stating that she just archives and moves on.
The actress, stated that she was enjoying her peace of mind, and noted how she is a child of grace.
In another post, the former Mrs Idibia had written a note to herself, praising herself for doing it so graciously and took pride in herself.
