Ne-Yo and his three girlfriends have gone viral on the internet several times and now he is speaking out about his lifestyle.
Speaking on the Lemon Drop show, the singer says he’s happier than he’s ever been now he can live his truth.
Ne-Yo says he’s skin is glowing now that he’s able to live the way he wants, free from the shackles of marriage.
He says he’s not “sh-tting” on marriage but says that monogamy is just not for him.
“I spent so much time lying and trying to be somebody that I wasn’t for the sake of somebody else. Complete and utter time wasted, when I could have just been exactly who I am, said exactly what I wanted and then waited for those people to gravitate towards me. Because that’s my reality now,” he said.
“I don’t have to lie anymore and I’ll be damned if I ever go back to [being] that person that needed to lie for the appeasement of somebody else,” he added.
