Nicki Minaj hopped online to fire shots at Megan Thee Stallion, Jay-Z and Roc Nation after their attorney’s motion to have a lawsuit thrown out was denied by a federal judge.
Emilio Garcia, a former cameraman for the Houston Hottie, filed a lawsuit against her and her management, claiming that he was forced to watch her have sex with another woman during a trip to Ibiza, Spain, in 2022. Garcia also claims that Megan fat-shamed him while working together.
The judge believes that Megan may have felt comfortable having sex in front of Garcia because he is a gay man.
“Plaintiff asks the court to draw the inference that ‘Pete would not have engaged in group sex with other women in front of a heterosexual male’; that ‘Pete felt comfortable engaging in group sex with other women in front of plaintiff because of plaintiff’s sexuality and gender,”” writes the Judge Gregory H. Woods wrote in his verdict. “This is not an unreasonable inference to draw from the facts alleged. Therefore, plaintiff has plausibly pleaded that he experienced the alleged inferior conditions of his employment on account of his sexual orientation.”
The case will move forward.

Vengeance is the Lord’s law,” Nicki tweeted, seemingly referencing Thee Stallion’s “Megan’s Law” bar from her diss track, “Hiss.” where she threw subs at Nicki’s husband, Kenneth Petty. “We give God the glory & he’s only just begun. Have a blessed day if you can. lol the blogs posting lies, thank you. More money for me. We’re working. Trust.”
Nicki continued, “Being a gay man doesn’t give any woman the right to sexually grind on you or have sex in front of you,” she added. “I remember seeing someone grinding on their hair stylist & he seemed so uncomfortable.”
