Businessman Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has revealed that many wealthy Nigerians abroad are praying for improvements in the country so they can return and enjoy life at home.
Naijaonpoint reports that he revealed this in an Instagram post while while sharing photos from his trip to the US.
He described Nigeria as a nation with unique opportunities.
He wrote: “I’ve come across a lot of our very rich dudes over here, and their ONLY prayer is that our country gets better, so they can relocate and enjoy Nigeria!!! Nigeria is a lovely country sha, no place like home!!! At the end of the day, it’s all about Family A great evening we all shared……learnt a lot too!”
In other news, reality TV star Tochi Okechukwu has criticised the Federal Government’s decision to appoint Fuji musician Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, known as KWAM 1, as an aviation security ambassador.
In a post on his Instagram story, Tochi reacted to the development, using the incident to reflect on how many people may have been wrongly jailed or persecuted in the past simply because their stories did not gain attention on social media.
Naijaonpoint reports that he described the move as troubling, asking how an individual accused of preventing a plane from taking off could later be given such an appointment.
