Sweezzy, the elder brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has dismissed allegations of drug abuse levelled against him by her husband, Ned Nwoko.
Kemi Filani reported a day back that Regina had cried out over the alleged domestic violence she was experiencing in her marriage. In a viral video, the actress was seen in the midst of men as one of her brothers, Sammy West, defended her against thugs her husband allegedly sent to her.
Ned, in a public statement, had attributed the recent tension to what he described as her “battle with drugs and alcohol abuse.” According to Nwoko, his efforts to help his wife seek professional treatment are always resisted. The lawmaker further claimed that Sammy West, who purported to be Daniels’ brother, was in fact her drug supplier.
On his Instagram story, he noted how there is no marriage without problems, but he decided not to speak up as there’s no perfect couple.
He made it known that his younger sister isn’t affiliated with any drug abuse or misuse and isn’t granting any interviews or trying to feed people on her timeline. The actress’s brother noted that anything that goes up must come down and expressed gratitude to the public for their concern, which they don’t take for granted.

As I no talk so make una avoid me.

Similarly, another of her brothers, Sammy West, who was seen in the viral clip protecting her, called out Ned for assaulting her. He noted how people on the internet would mock his sister;, however, he isn’t one who condones the beating of women.
Earlier this year, when Daniels made her return to Instagram after her marital drama, Sweezy threw shade at Ned, expressing gratitude to God that the road to success wasn’t in anyone’s father’s house as he praised Regina.
In March, when a brand exposed Regina for her game watch, Sammy defended her, as he noted how his sister’s name would make many mad. Sweezzy noted how he once respected the reputable brand and now it has become a page for spreading hate just to promote their new page.
When a fan praised him for defending her, Sweezzy said he had no choice but to defend Regina since she is their star girl. He went on to declare himself her Minister of Defense.
Last year, Regina described him as her first love as she celebrated his birthday. The mother of two stated that having someone like him remains a blessing to her because she knows that come sun or rain, he will always stand gidigba for her.
Recall that some years back, her brother had revealed that he would marry her if her aged husband, Ned Nwoko, married another woman.
