Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has made a private visit to former military President General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida at his Hill Top residence in Minna, Niger State capital.
He was accompanied from the Ahmed Bola Tinubu International Airport, Minna by government house protocol officials.
Obasanjo spent about 30 minutes in a closed-door meeting with with the former Nigerian leader before returning to the airport.
It was gathered the visit may not be unconnected to national issues or the 2027 general elections, with no official statement issued.
Recall recently, Obasanjo had received opposition political party bigwigs in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
No official statement has yet been issued on the purpose of the visit.
