Olori Naomi reacts to ‘killing’ of Osinachi Nwachukwu

The estranged wife of the Ooni of Ife, Olori Naomi Ogunwusi, has admonished women to leave abusive marriages and not wait till their deaths.

The ex-wife of Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi reacted in a post she shared on her Instagram page on Monday morning.

This was as she mourned gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, who was reportedly battered to her death by her husband, Peter Nwachukwu.

Olori Ogunwusi pointed out that it is okay for women to say no, say they are tired and cry out for help.

While asking troubled women if they are still hoping that their men would come to love, respect and stop abusing them mentally, emotionally and physically, Queen Naomi stated that such hope dies when the women die in such relationships.

Read her post below:

“Woman, thou art loosed! (Luke 13:12)
You have a right to say no.
It is your right to be tired.
You can put your hands in the air,
Cry for help if you have to;
Say no even if the world can’t reason with you.
Because, in the grave they still will not.
Don’t wait untill death comes,
In anticipation for a pity party.
Death is the end of hope.
Are you hoping he would come to love you and respect you,
stop mentally ,emotionally and physically abusing you?
If you die, that’s where hope ends.
Call for help, nobody is a saint .
We are all work in progress.
Are you a perfectionist and you want the world to keep seeing the perfect side of you?
Stop playing God.
Let God be God and man be man.
Accept that it can’t work, if it won’t work .
We always know it when it can’t.
Finally, quit seeking validation.
May the soul of the departed rest in peace
Her song ministered to me alot of times and even now i say Ekueme!!!!!!!
Rest my lady rest!”

Recall that the Queen confirmed that her marriage to the monarch, Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has indeed ended.

She made the disclosure via an official statement on her official Instagram page, while stating that she tried to make the union work but the monarch’s public identity is at variance with his true self.

When asked why he was promoted, the minister said it was the responsibility of the PSC, which is under the Presidency. to provide the answer.

But he affirmed that Magu has already retired, noting that being retired will not preclude him from any disciplinary measures should the need arise.
